Yamille has been teaching private lessons focusing on violin, viola, and cello (strings).  She is currently working towards her PhD in Musicology after earning her Bachelors and Masters degrees 

Yamille served as concert master for several orchestras, trios, quintets, quartets and frequently plays with orchestras in the Los Angeles area.  She has also participated in a multitude of master classes, musicals (in the pit under the stage), and recording projects with groups such as the Villiers String Quartet, Michael Hall, and the musicals Parade, The Sound of Music, and In the Heights.  

Aside from classical music, Yamille greatly enjoys playing and listening to jazz, bossa nova, rock, and pop music.
