All returns, if approved, must be in original selling condition – NO sign of wear/use – will have a restocking fee.

The health and safety of everyone using a musical instrument should be a top priority. The possible transmission of communicable diseases is an ongoing concern. To ensure that this possibility we do not accept returns for instruments that are more susceptible to infections or present hygienic issues.

Instruments - 25% Restocking Fee within 3 days (min $100 fee).

Accessories - 15% Restocking Fee within 7 days (min $5 fee)

Holiday or promo items or back to school – 30% restocking fee will be applied (min $100 fee for instruments).  Exchange is allowed for similar & available holidays or promos or back to school, provided it’s in original selling condition within 3 days.

Special Order (for something that we do not normally carry) - 50% Restocking fee within 3 days.

NO REFUND or PRORATE on RENTAL fees.  

Rental exchange is only allowed for another rental instrument provided we have the other instruments.

Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with the wrong music or item. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, returns past the return period, etc.
